At Torotee, we strive to deliver your products in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping policy below for important information:
Processing Time
- Made-to-Order: Torotee clothing may take up to 10 business days to ship, as each item is made to order.
- Pending Orders: You may receive a shipping notification and tracking number several days before your order actually leaves our distribution center. If you notice your order is in a "PENDING" status for a while, don't worry—this is normal!
International Shipping
- Delivery Time: International orders may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, or occasionally longer if there are delays with customs.
Shipping Costs (Domestic Orders)
- United States: The shipping cost for the first t-shirt is $4.99. Additional charges may apply for extra items.
Tracking and Notifications
- All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details.
Important Shipping Information
- Correct Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses.
- Returned Orders: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, you will be required to pay for the re-shipping of the order.
- Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after providing an incorrect address.
