Refund Policy

Items purchased directly from our website may be returned within 14 days from the date of shipment for a full refund to the original payment method or a store credit for the full price of the item(s). The item(s) must be unopened, unworn, and without any visible damage.

The total amount refunded will be credited to your original payment method (minus shipping) or as store credit once the package arrives at our facility and the item(s) are inspected.

Depending on the reason for the return, you may be required to pay for return shipping.

To Return an Item:

  1. Send an email to [email protected].
  2. Include your order number in the subject line.
  3. In the email body, indicate which item(s) you’d like to return.
  4. We will respond within 3-4 business days with instructions on how to complete the return and receive your refund.

International Returns

Currently, we do not accept international returns or exchanges.


Exchanges

Due to fluctuating inventory levels and product availability, we are unable to accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, your best option is to return it for store credit.


Items Ineligible for Refund or Exchange

  • Returned after 14 days from the shipment date.
  • Condition of product is unsatisfactory for resale (e.g., stains, pet hair, unpleasant scent, worn, washed).
  • Items purchased on-site at a festival or event.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be verified. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will then take 3-5 business days to be credited back to your account.
